Sunny Isles Beach Facilities

The City of Sunny Isles Beach required the installation of artificial turf at two city facilities: the baseball/sports field at Pelican Community Park and the soccer/multipurpose field at Senator Gwen Margolis Park.

Given the high volume of use and demand from residents, it was essential to replace the existing natural turf with high-quality artificial turf. The scope of work also included the installation of area lighting, repairs to sidewalks affected by prior damage, gate reconstruction, conversion of the batting cages to artificial turf, and repair or replacement of fencing.
