1600 Cove Park

The project for 1600 Cove Park required elaborate measures to support sports lights due to yielding soils on site and a myriad of utilities in an urban location. This was a new elevated field to cap a contaminated soil site. It includes a synthetic multi-purpose field to accommodate soccer, little league baseball/softball, a new decorative retaining wall, new restroom building with utility services, extensive netting system due to its urban location, new sports lighting, decorative fencing and decorative stamped concrete and landscaping.
